Hi, I'm Lindsay

I’m Lindsay Connolly, a fractional Director of Operations and Operations Strategist.

For 16 years I’ve built the operational backbone for growing businesses, first inside Levi Strauss & Co. and Brooks Brothers, now as an embedded partner for business owners and executives who’ve outgrown solo-founder systems.

I don’t hand you a list of recommendations and disappear. I map your business into a real plan and, if it makes sense, I stay and help implement it.

My goal is to help you create a business that lights you up and gives you time back to do the things you love in life.

HOW I GOT HERE

I was the one automating her way out of the office.

Before this business, I spent years in corporate fashion, and I was a workaholic. I was also the person who taught herself every Excel trick in the book so my teammates and I could automate the busywork and manual computer tasks, so we could get out of the office, and go to yoga (or drink wine).

Turns out, that's the whole idea behind everything that I build. I find the repeatable work, build an efficient, tech-supported process to do it, and give people their time back.

In January 2020, we moved to Brussels. Six weeks later, the world shut down.

New country. New language. A toddler to raise and keep connected to home. I needed time and mental space for my family, and I knew how to build both.

So I started this business.

It turned out a lot of business owners needed the same thing.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I want you to live more in your life than in your business.

We all need to make money, and I want that for you.

But the business is supposed to

support the life you want, not be the only thing in life you have time for.

You can do it alone, but

You don’t have to.

You've spent the last several years

proving you could do it by yourself.

We know you can.

It’s okay to stop proving it and let someone else help you now.

Clarity beats hustle.

More effort and shiny objects won’t fix a business that has no structure and when you're constantly feeling burnt out.

A clear plan will.
